The invention relates to the related technical field of elevator buffers, and discloses an eddy current damping energy consumption type elevator buffer which comprises a buffer outer pipe and a mounting chamber formed in the buffer outer pipe. The effect of a novel buffer can be achieved through the stator/rotor assembly, the buffer can be suitable for elevators at any speed, the damping force of the buffer is increased along with increase of the speed, and therefore the purpose that the buffer effect is improved accordingly is achieved; the non-rebound buffering process can be achieved through the eddy current damping characteristic, and the situation that the mover assembly ascends again is avoided due to the fact that the eddy current damping force is opposite to the moving direction of the mover assembly. The purpose of not generating counter-acting force is achieved through the characteristic that the eddy current damping force is consumable damping force, so that the stable buffering process is achieved, and the effects of smoothening the action of the buffer and resetting after the action are achieved through the resetting piece; meanwhile, the buffering stroke is short, the pit depth is small, and the installation space is saved.

    本发明涉及电梯缓冲器相关技术领域,公开了一种电涡流阻尼耗能型电梯缓冲器,本发明包括缓冲器外管和开设于所述缓冲器外管内的安装室。本发明通过定/动子组件可以达到满足新型缓冲器的效果,其能够适用于任何速度下的电梯,其阻尼力随速度增大而增大,从而达到使缓冲效果随之提高的目的;通过电涡流阻尼特性可以实现无反弹的缓冲过程,通过电涡流阻尼力与动子组件运动方向相反,避免动子组件再次上升的情况发生;还通过电涡流阻尼力本身为消耗性阻尼力的特性达到了不会产生反作用力的目的,从而实现了平稳的缓冲过程,通过复位件起到顺滑缓冲器动作以及动作后复位作用的效果;同时缓冲行程较短,底坑深度较浅,节省安装空间。
