The invention provides a simple steel wire rope collision speed reduction buffer structure based on friction. The invention mainly solves the safety problem that the movable airfoil in the airflow conversion device collides with the limiting device during in-orbit dynamic rotation. According to the main principle of the buffer, after a steel wire rope is folded through a fixing shaft, the steel wire rope is pressed between two steel plates through a plurality of bolt sets, when a movable wing face starts to rotate due to the aerodynamic force effect, pulling force is formed on the steel wire rope, and the steel wire rope is tensioned due to the pre-tightening force of the bolt sets; friction force is generated between the steel wire rope and the steel plate to reduce the rotating speed of the movable airfoil, and the effect of buffering collision between the movable airfoil and the limiting device is achieved.

    本发明提供一种基于摩擦的简易钢丝绳碰撞减速缓冲器结构;本发明主要解决气流转换装置中的活动翼面在轨动态转动时与限位装置碰撞的安全问题。本发明中缓冲器的主要原理是以钢丝绳经过固定轴对折后,由多组螺栓组压覆在两块钢板之间,当活动翼面因为气动力作用开始转动时,对钢丝绳形成拉力,此时因为螺栓组的预紧力,钢丝绳与钢板之间产生摩擦力进而减小活动翼面的转动速度,实现缓冲活动翼面与限位装置碰撞的效果。
