The invention discloses a method for automatically detecting a pouring dam section through a cable crane and the cable crane, and relates to the technical field of cable cranes. The method comprises the steps that a dam is divided into a plurality of dam sections according to the actual situation of an engineering site, and the number of each dam section is set; determining boundary lines, facing the number increasing direction, of the dam sections; the traction positions of the two ends of each dam section boundary line are set as a first traction position and a second traction position, and the cart positions of each dam section boundary line are set as a first cart position and a second cart position; the cable crane completes pouring once, and the traction position and the cart position during pouring of the current cable crane are obtained; and the traction position of the dam section boundary line corresponding to the cart position of the dam section of the dam is sequentially compared with the traction position during current cable crane pouring, so that the number of the current pouring dam section and/or the number of the adjacent dam section are/is obtained. According to the method, the currently poured dam section can be automatically identified in the use process of the cable crane, the calculated data is high in accuracy, and the workload of manual statistics is reduced.

    本发明公开一种缆索起重机自动检测浇筑坝段的方法、缆索起重机,涉及缆索起重机技术领域,方法包括根据工程现场的实际情况,将大坝分割为若干坝段,设置各坝段的编号;确定各个坝段面向编号增大方向的边界线;设置每一坝段边界线的两端的牵引位置为第一牵引位置和第二牵引位置,每一坝段边界线的大车位置为第一大车位置和第二大车位置;缆机完成浇筑一次,获取当前缆机浇筑时牵引位置和大车位置;依次将大坝坝段的大车位置对应的坝段边界线的牵引位置与当前缆机浇筑时牵引位置进行比较,以获取当前浇筑坝段编号和/或相邻坝段编号。本发明能够在缆索起重机使用过程中自动识别当前浇筑的坝段,计算出来的数据准确性高,减少人为统计的工作量。
