The invention discloses a crane inhaul cable mechanism and a crane. The crane inhaul cable mechanism comprises a first balance mechanism, a second balance mechanism, two parallel first connecting chain assemblies and two parallel second connecting chain assemblies. The second connecting chain assembly comprises at least one inhaul cable assembly, and each inhaul cable assembly comprises two inhaul cables parallel to each other. The first balance mechanism comprises a first balance beam, a second balance beam and two side beams with the same length; the two ends of the first balance beam are connected with the two first connecting chain assemblies correspondingly. The second balance mechanism comprises a third balance beam; the second balance beam and the third balance beam are parallel to each other, arranged at the two ends of the inhaul cable assembly respectively and connected with the inhaul cable assembly respectively. The balance beam can effectively eliminate unbalance loading and torsion caused by internal stress and manufacturing precision of the inhaul cable, the distortion phenomenon is avoided, and the service life of the connecting chain assembly is prolonged.
