The invention provides a travelling crane for workpiece galvanization, the travelling crane comprises a mounting rack, a rotating motor is fixedly mounted in the mounting rack, and the output end of the rotating motor is connected with a moving wheel through a coupler, according to the travelling crane for workpiece galvanization and a control system of the travelling crane, the rotating motor is matched with the moving wheel, a sliding rail and a sliding sleeve; after the lifting frame is moved to a proper position, a double-head motor is matched with a rotating rod, a winding wheel and a lifting hook to move the lifting frame up and down, so that after a workpiece is placed in a galvanizing bath to be galvanized and moved to a proper position, a rotating motor is matched with the rotating rod, a rotating frame, a connecting rod and the rotating frame to move the workpiece to the proper position; according to the zinc plating device, the lifting frame is arranged, the galvanized workpieces and the non-galvanized workpieces on the lifting frame are rotated to exchange positions, so that zinc plating is carried out, meanwhile, the collecting box is used for collecting, guiding and discharging zinc plating water dripping from the workpieces which are being aired, and therefore the work efficiency of zinc plating of the workpieces is improved.
