The invention provides a graphite crucible hoisting device and method. The device comprises a hoisting connecting piece, a plurality of lifting arms and a plurality of lifting supports, the first ends of the lifting arms are connected with the hoisting connecting piece, and the second ends of the lifting arms are connected with the lifting support; the lifting support comprises a sleeve, a lifting rotating shaft, a lifting foot plate and a limiting handle; the first end of the lifting rotating shaft is nested in the sleeve; the second end of the lifting rotating shaft is connected with the lifting foot plate; the limiting handle penetrates through the lifting arm and the sleeve to be connected with the lifting rotating shaft and is used for controlling the lifting rotating shaft to rotate so as to drive the lifting foot plate to rotate; a first bearing is arranged at the second end of the sleeve and used for fixing the sleeve and the lifting rotating shaft. The graphite crucible hoisting device is simple in structure, easy and convenient to operate and easy to clean, and the problems that in the prior art, a graphite crucible hoisting tool is tedious in structure, not easy to operate and prone to introduction of pollution are solved.

    本发明提供一种石墨坩埚吊装装置及方法,该装置包括:吊装连接件、多个提升臂以及多个提升支座;所述提升臂的第一端均与所述吊装连接件连接,第二端均与所述提升支座连接;所述提升支座包括:套筒、提升旋转轴、提升脚板以及限位手柄;所述提升旋转轴的第一端嵌套于所述套筒内;所述提升旋转轴的第二端与所述提升脚板连接;所述限位手柄穿过所述提升臂和所述套筒与所述提升旋转轴连接,用于控制所述提升旋转轴旋转以带动所述提升脚板旋转;所述套筒的第二端设置有第一轴承,用于将所述套筒和所述提升旋转轴进行固定。本发明实施例的石墨坩埚吊装装置结构简单,操作简便易清洁,解决了现有技术石墨坩埚吊具结构繁琐不易操作、易引入污染的问题。
