The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge engineering hoisting construction, and discloses an assembly type lifting lug structure and a hoisting construction method.The assembly type lifting lug structure comprises a lifting lug assembly, a clamping assembly and a hoisting belt assembly, the lifting lug assembly is used for hoisting, the clamping assembly is fixedly connected to the bottom of the lifting lug assembly, and a size-adjustable containing gap is formed in the clamping assembly; and the lifting belt assembly penetrates through the containing gap, is limited in the clamping assembly and is detachably connected with the clamping assembly, and the lifting belt assembly can define a size-adjustable enclosure space to wrap the outer side of the to-be-lifted object. According to the invention, the size of the accommodating gap is adjustable, so that the hanging belt assemblies with different sizes can penetrate through the accommodating gap, and the hanging belt assemblies can also define a size-adjustable enclosure space to wrap the outer side of the to-be-hoisted object, so that the hanging belt can adapt to hoisting of the to-be-hoisted objects with different shapes and sizes; and the stability of the assembly type lifting lug structure in the lifting process is guaranteed in a wrapping mode, and therefore repeated, independent and adjustable use of the assembly type lifting lug structure is achieved.

    本发明属于桥梁工程吊装施工技术领域,公开了一种装配式吊耳结构及其吊装施工方法,装配式吊耳结构包括吊耳组件、装夹组件和吊带组件,吊耳组件,用于吊装,装夹组件固接于吊耳组件底部,且装夹组件上设置有尺寸可调的容置间隙,吊带组件穿设容置间隙设置,并限位于装夹组件中,与装夹组件可拆卸连接,吊带组件能够围设成大小可调的围设空间以包裹于待吊装物外侧。本发明通过容置间隙尺寸可调可适用于不同尺寸的吊带组件进行穿设,以及吊带组件还能够围设成大小可调的围设空间以包裹于待吊装物外侧,能够适应于不同形状及尺寸的待吊装物的吊装,并通过包裹的方式保证其吊运过程中的稳定性,由此实现装配式吊耳结构重复、独立、可调节的使用。
