The length of a damping channel can be changed in the impact process, viscous damping work is reduced, and the coulomb force control effect is enhanced; different damping forces are provided under the condition of different loads and impact speeds, and the magnitude of the damping force can be changed in the single buffering process so as to meet different buffering requirements.
本发明公开了一种面向电梯坠落缓冲的阻尼通道长度可变的磁流变阻尼器,压盖与压筒组合为一个整体,在受到撞击下压时,压筒沿着外筒端盖和外缸筒内壁滑动,压筒下底部向下移动,对磁流变液产生推力,使磁流变液沿着压筒内壁与线圈柱之间的间隙流动;当励磁线圈施加电流时,随着压筒的下移,可以在阻尼通道处形成闭合磁场回路,从而产生阻尼力,阻尼力的大小可以根据电流大小进行调节,实现阻尼力的可控性。本发明能够在冲击过程中改变阻尼通道长度,减少粘性阻尼做功,增强库仑力控制效果;在不同载荷和冲击速度的情况下提供不同的阻尼力,也可以在单个缓冲过程中改变阻尼力的大小以满足不同的缓冲需求。
