The invention discloses an automatic rescue method for faults of a household elevator, and belongs to the field of elevators. The method comprises the following steps: S1, according to a fault type, judging whether the fault type belongs to a risk condition of forbidding rescue; s2, when it is judged that the condition belongs to the rescue condition, a main power source is disconnected, an isolation power source is connected, and a band-type brake is opened; s3, whether the lift car and the counterweight are in the balance position or not is judged; when the lift car and the counterweight are in a balanced position, the control host acts to enable the lift car to move to a flat layer; when the lift car and the counterweight are in the non-balance position, the lift car slides to the lower flat layer; and S4, when the lift car reaches the leveling position, the host electromagnetic band-type brake coil brakes, and the lift car stops running. Various faults of the elevator are detected on line through the elevator control system, the faults are classified, other faults can be automatically rescued except for the situation with rescue risks, elevator fault detection is simplified, a detection circuit is additionally arranged in a wireless mode, and through integration with an elevator control loop, using is safer, detection is more accurate, and universality is higher.

    本发明公开了一种家用梯故障自动救援方法,属于电梯领域。该方法包括如下步骤:S1,根据故障类别,判断是否属于禁止救援的风险情况;S2,当判断属于可救援情况时,断开主电源,接通隔离电源,打开抱闸;S3,判断轿厢与对重是否处于平衡位置;当轿厢与对重处于平衡位置时,控制主机动作,使轿厢移动至平层;当轿厢与对重处于非平衡位置时,使轿厢溜车至下方平层;S4,当轿厢到达平层位置时,主机电磁抱闸线圈抱闸,轿厢停止运行。本发明通过电梯控制系统在线检测电梯各种故障,将故障分类,除有救援风险的情况外,其余故障可自动救援,将电梯故障检测简单化,无线另设检测线路,通过与电梯控制回路集成,使用更安全,检测更精确、通用性更高。
