The invention provides an elevator on-demand maintenance method based on an elevator big data platform. The method comprises the steps that influence factors associated with elevator maintenance frequency are determined; establishing an elevator maintenance evaluation system based on the influence factors; operation data, corresponding to the influence factors, of a target elevator in a preset period is obtained through an elevator big data platform; determining an elevator maintenance evaluation result of the target elevator based on the operation data and the evaluation system; and the maintenance time interval of the elevator is determined based on the elevator maintenance evaluation result, the next maintenance time is determined, and the next maintenance time of the target elevator is pushed to the corresponding maintenance personnel. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the elevator maintenance can be changed from a fixed period and a fixed project into on-demand maintenance, so that the pertinence and the effectiveness of the elevator maintenance are greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种基于电梯大数据平台的电梯按需维保的方法,方法包括:确定与电梯维护保养频率关联的影响因素;基于所述影响因素建立电梯维保的评价体系;通过电梯大数据平台获取目标电梯在预设周期内的与所述影响因素对应的运行数据;基于所述运行数据和所述评价体系确定所述目标电梯的电梯维保评价结果;基于电梯维保评价结果确定电梯的维保时间间隔,并确定下一次维修保养时间,将所述目标电梯下一次维修保养时间推送至对应的维保人员。本发明实施例的方法,能够将电梯维保由固定周期、固定项目变为按需维保,使得电梯维保的针对性和有效性大大提高。
