The invention discloses an on-orbit use method of a green monopropellant thruster, the structure of the monopropellant thruster comprises five parts, namely an injector, an anti-inversion functional material, a catalytic bed, a spray pipe and a thermal control assembly, and the thermal control assembly comprises an armored heater, an armored thermistor and a multi-layer thermal insulation assembly. The in-orbit use method of the green single-component thruster containing the invertible functional material is provided, the technical problem of the warm start service life of the green single-component thruster is solved through reasonable working condition design, and the method is successfully applied to micro-nano satellites.

    本发明公开了一种绿色单组元推力器在轨使用方法,所述的单组元推力器结构包括喷注器、防倒置功能材料、催化床、喷管和热控组件五大部分,热控组件包括铠装加热器、铠装热敏电阻和多层隔热组件。本发明给出了含可倒置功能材料的绿色单组元推力器的在轨使用方法,并通过合理的工况设计解决了绿色单组元推力器温启动寿命技术难题,在微纳卫星上得到了成功应用。
