Comprising a shell, a main gas circuit board, a side gas circuit board I, a side gas circuit board II, a gas circuit block, a storage tank, an attitude control valve, an orbit control valve, a pressure reducing valve and a piezoelectric proportional pilot valve. The gas path block is in a cross-like shape, the upper part of the gas path block is connected with the main gas path plate, the lower part of the gas path block is connected with the storage tank, and the side gas path plate I and the side gas path plate II are diagonally arranged on the side surface of the gas path block and are connected with the main gas path plate; two side plates of the side gas circuit plate I are respectively connected with a piezoelectric valve, and the four piezoelectric valves form an attitude control valve; the four cross-shaped side faces of the gas circuit block are each connected with an electromagnetic valve, the distribution plane of the four electromagnetic valves is perpendicular to the main axis of the storage tank, the upper surface of the gas circuit block is connected with an electromagnetic valve installed on the main axis of the storage tank, and the five electromagnetic valves form an orbit control valve. And the pressure reducing valve and the piezoelectric proportional pilot valve are both connected with the gas path block. Thrust can be generated in multiple directions in the space, attitude and orbit control is completed, the structure is simple, installation is easy, and work is reliable.

    本发明为一种姿轨控微推力器。包括壳体、主气路板、侧气路板Ⅰ、侧气路板Ⅱ、气路块、储罐、姿控阀、轨控阀、减压阀以及压电比例先导阀;气路块呈类十字型,气路块上和主气路板连接、下和储罐连接,侧气路板Ⅰ和侧气路板Ⅱ呈对角线的设置在气路块的侧面并和主气路板连接;侧气路板Ⅰ的两侧板上分别连接有一个压电阀,四个压电阀组成姿控阀;气路块十字型的四个侧面上分别连接有一个电磁阀,四个电磁阀分布平面垂直于储罐的主轴线,气路块上表面连接有安装于储罐主轴线的电磁阀,五个电磁阀组成轨控阀;减压阀和压电比例先导阀均与气路块连接。本申请能够实现对空间上多个方向产生推力,完成姿轨控制,结构简单,安装容易,工作可靠。
