An electronic system for an electric bicycle and a motor driving method, the electronic system comprising: an angle sensor for detecting a front wheel deflection angle of the electric bicycle; the speed sensor is used for detecting the speed of the electric power-assisted bicycle; the torque sensor is used for detecting the pedal torque of a rider on the electric power-assisted bicycle; and the processor is used for determining an assistance ratio coefficient according to a lag regression algorithm based on the bicycle speed and the front wheel deflection angle, and providing electric assistance for the electric assistance bicycle based on the assistance ratio coefficient and the pedal torque driving motor. According to the electronic system and the motor driving method, the assistance ratio coefficient is determined based on the hysteresis regression algorithm, when the deflection angle of the front wheel fluctuates in a small range, assistance changes do not fluctuate drastically, the problem of excessive sensitivity of a linear strict function turning system is solved, drastic fluctuation of unstable assistance is avoided, robustness is better, stability is higher, and safety is better.
