The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic, and provides a driving style-based car-following behavior prediction method, device and equipment, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the current traffic environment parameters and trajectory data of a target vehicle; calibrating a corresponding time-varying IDM parameter of the target driver according to the trajectory data; determining a driving aggressive index of the target driver according to a time-varying IDM parameter; determining an implicitly expressed driving style of the target driver according to the driving aggressive index; and inputting the driving style and the current traffic environment parameters into a pre-trained car-following model based on a neural process to obtain a car-following behavior of the target driver in the driving style under the current traffic environment parameters. According to the embodiment of the invention, the prediction precision of the car-following behavior can be improved.
