Conventional battery pack control devices have a problem that output power having a plurality of voltages cannot be supplied to a vehicle using a battery pack comprising a single type of battery cells. An assembled battery control device according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a plurality of selection switches each connected to a lowermost voltage node and an uppermost voltage node of a plurality of battery cell groups set for a prescribed number of consecutive battery cells among the plurality of battery cells; a battery selection control unit that controls the ON/OFF of the plurality of selection switches so as to select a battery cell group including battery cells in which the characteristic deviation of the battery cells is larger than that of the other battery cells; and a low-voltage output unit that outputs low-voltage power having a lower voltage value than high-voltage power using the battery cell group selected by the battery selection control unit.
