When the pantograph works, the part from the upper part of the upper arm insulator to the pantograph head part is divided into an electrified area, the part from the lower part of the upper arm insulator to the underframe part is a non-electrified area, and the positive and negative insulated cables are respectively connected with the wiring board of the electrified area at the upper part of the upper arm to transmit current to a vehicle traction system to form an electrical loop. No extra insulator structure is added, the upper mass of the pantograph spring can be reduced, the current collection performance of a pantograph is improved, the weight of the pantograph body is reduced, and the traction energy consumption of a vehicle is reduced.
本发明公开了一种电气化公路受电弓弓体绝缘结构,包括绝缘上臂和上导杆,绝缘上臂包括依次连接的上臂一、绝缘臂、上臂二;上导杆为采用绝缘材质的绝缘结构。通过将弓体上导杆采用绝缘材料、上臂集成绝缘体的方法,有效将弓体划分为电气区和无电区。受电弓工作时,上臂绝缘体上部至弓头部分为带电区,上臂绝缘体下部至底架部分为无电区,正负极绝缘线缆分别与上臂上部带电区域接线板连接,将电流输送至车辆牵引系统,并形成电气回路。无额外增加绝缘子结构,可降低受电弓簧上部质量,有利于提高受电弓受流性能,并降低弓体重量有利于降低车辆牵引能耗。
