The invention relates to a quick positioning and locking battery compartment locking device which comprises a battery compartment, a lifting appliance frame and a bearing platform, the battery compartment is placed in the lifting appliance frame, two first guide wheels are fixed to the front side and the rear side of the lifting appliance frame in a bilateral symmetry mode, and locking devices are fixed to the left side and the rear side of the lifting appliance frame in a front-back symmetry mode; the locking device comprises a second guide wheel, a damping device, a sliding rod and an L-shaped plate, the damping device comprises an oil storage cylinder barrel, a working cylinder barrel and a pneumatic cylinder barrel, the lower end of the oil storage cylinder barrel communicates with the pneumatic cylinder barrel, and the working cylinder barrel is connected into the oil storage cylinder barrel in a sleeved mode; accurate positioning of the battery compartment is achieved through the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel under the limiting effect of the corresponding positioning guide rails, and the battery compartment is protected through the damping device; and the battery bin is pushed out of the bearing platform through the stretching stroke of the damping device, time and labor are saved, and battery bin replacement is convenient.

    本发明涉及一种快速定位锁定的电池仓锁止装置,包括电池仓、吊具框架和承载平台,电池仓放置在吊具框架内,吊具框架前侧和后侧均左右对称固定有两个第一导向轮,吊具框架左侧和后侧均前后对称固定有锁止装置,所述锁止装置包括第二导向轮、减震装置、滑杆和L板,所述减震装置包括储油缸筒、工作缸筒和气压缸筒,储油缸筒下端与气压缸筒连通,且工作缸筒套接在储油缸筒内;本发明利用第一导向轮、第二导向轮在对应的定位导轨限定作用下实现电池仓精准定位,利用减震装置对电池仓进行保护;并且利用减震装置的伸张行程将电池仓推出承载平台,省时省力便于更换电池仓。
