The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle fuel cells, and discloses a cooling liquid temperature control method, which comprises the following steps: determining an environment temperature coefficient according to an environment temperature, and calculating a feed-forward control value of a cooling fan in combination with the current density of an electric pile; determining a cooling liquid inlet temperature coefficient according to the pile cooling liquid inlet temperature, and calculating a scheduling period in combination with the pile current density and the pile voltage; calculating a temperature deviation value between the pile cooling liquid inlet temperature and a set target temperature and a pile cooling liquid inlet temperature change rate according to the scheduling period, and inputting the temperature deviation value and the pile cooling liquid inlet temperature change rate into a fuzzy control module to obtain a cooling fan control correction value; calculating the total output value of the cooling fan; calculating the output step length of the cooling fan, and adjusting and controlling the rotating speed of the cooling fan. The mode of setting the scheduling period is matched with fuzzy control so as to adapt to the situation that the temperature of the cooling loop needs a certain delay time to change, and therefore large oscillation is avoided, and control can be more stable.

    本发明涉及车用燃料电池技术领域,公开了一种冷却液温度控制方法包括:根据环境温度确定环境温度系数,并结合电堆电流密度计算散热风扇前馈控制值;根据电堆冷却液入口温度确定冷却液入口温度系数,并结合电堆电流密度与电堆电压计算调度周期;根据调度周期计算电堆冷却液入口温度与设定目标温度之间的温度偏差值、电堆冷却液入口温度变化速率,并输入模糊控制模块,得到散热风扇控制校正值;计算散热风扇总输出值;计算散热风扇输出步长,对散热风扇进行转速调节控制。通过设置调度周期的方式配合模糊控制,以此适应冷却回路需要一定延迟时间温度才会产生变化,进而避免产生较大的振荡,使控制可以更加稳定。
