The invention relates to a test device and method for simulating blade flying loss of a squeeze film damper rotor system. The test device comprises a shell, a controller, a stepping motor, a flying blade mounting position and a movable bayonet. The shell is a rectangular body, and the fly-off blade is positioned on a right angle of the rectangular body; the movable bayonet is positioned on one side of the fly-off blade, the bayonet at one end clamps the fly-off blade to be tested, and the other end is connected with a thread head of the stepping motor; and the stepping motor is electrically connected with a controller on the shell and is indicated by a signal of the controller to move at a set test rotating speed, the rotation of a thread head of the stepping motor drives the movable bayonet to move, the flying blade is released, and the flying loss of the blade is completed. According to the test device, the blade flying-off device is designed in a modularized mode, the size is small, the weight is light, and each device is independently controlled and operated. The rotating speed and time of flying loss are set in real time, cracks do not need to be preset, explosives do not need to be pre-buried, or tenons do not need to be prefabricated, the operation process is greatly simplified, and meanwhile reliable and repeated flying loss is achieved through intelligent and dynamic control.
