The invention discloses a hybrid electric vehicle engine acceleration roar elimination method, and the main design concept of the method is as follows: firstly, executing a preliminary test to accelerate the hybrid electric vehicle engine to a preset rotating speed interval, and determining a target part with relatively large vibration energy; according to the target component, a noise transmission prediction path including an engine, an air conditioner pipeline, a battery cooler, a front end module, a water pipe, a low-temperature expansion kettle, a left suspension passive end and the interior of the vehicle is obtained; a first round of verification test is executed on the noise transmission prediction path to determine a noise transmission target path, then components in the noise transmission target path are improved, and finally a second round of verification test is executed to ensure that the elimination effect is reliable. The invention provides a way for solving the roar caused by the fact that the second-order excitation of the engine is transmitted into the vehicle through a heat management specific path of the hybrid vehicle, so that the roar of the engine in the hybrid vehicle during acceleration can be effectively improved, and the problem can be solved from the source under the condition of low cost.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车发动机加速轰鸣消除方法,本发明的主要设计构思在于,先执行初步测试,使混动汽车发动机加速至预设转速区间,确定振动能量较大的目标部件;根据目标部件,得到噪声传递预测路径:发动机‑空调管路‑电池冷却器‑前端模块‑水管‑低温膨胀水壶‑左悬置被动端‑车内;对该噪声传递预测路径执行第一轮验证测试,以确定出噪声传递目标路径,然后对噪声传递目标路径中的部件进行改进,最后执行第二轮验证测试以确保消除效果可靠。本发明提供了解决因发动机二阶激励通过混动车辆热管理特定路径传递至车内造成轰鸣的途径,以此方式实施能够有效改善加速时混动车内发动机轰鸣音,可以在低成本条件下从根源上解决问题。
