The material is prepared from butadiene-isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, liquid butadiene-isoprene rubber, a reinforcing filler, sulfur and a functional aid, the molar content of 1, 2-butadiene in the butadiene-isoprene rubber is 60-80%, the molar content of 3, 4-isoprene in the butadiene-isoprene rubber is 40-60%, the molar content of 1, 2-butadiene in the butadiene rubber is 30-50%, the molar content of 3, 4-isoprene in the butadiene rubber is 30-50%, and the molar content of 3, 4-isoprene in the liquid butadiene-isoprene rubber is 30-50%. The liquid butadiene-isoprene rubber is maleic anhydride grafted and modified liquid butadiene-isoprene rubber, the molar content of 1, 2-butadiene is 30-50%, and the molar content of 3, 4-isoprene is 30-50%.
