The invention provides a compact folding arm crane for recycling an unmanned ship, and belongs to the technical field of marine equipment, the compact folding arm crane comprises two lifting assemblies and a winch mechanism, the two lifting assemblies are used for lifting a lifting mounting plate loaded with the unmanned ship and are oppositely arranged, the winch mechanism is arranged between the two lifting assemblies, and the two lifting assemblies are the same in structure; comprising a supporting frame, folding arm assemblies and lifting cylinders, the folding arm assemblies and the lifting cylinders are arranged on the supporting frame, the movable ends of the lifting cylinders are connected with the folding arm assemblies, lifting ropes are wound around a winch, and the other ends of the two lifting ropes are fixed to the two opposite sides of a lifting mounting plate after bypassing the two folding arm assemblies to stretch out. The folding arm assembly is controlled to contract and stretch through the lifting cylinder, so that the horizontal position of an initial lifting point of the lifting rope is changed, and lifting of the unmanned ship is achieved through the winch mechanism. The lifting mounting plate and the winch mechanism are located between the two lifting assemblies, so that the crane is more compact and occupies a smaller size, and synchronous lifting of the two sides of the lifting mounting plate is achieved.
