本发明涉及吊装转运技术领域,尤其是提供了一种不锈钢卷板吊装装置,包括铰接总成、铰接在所述铰接总成一侧的第一夹爪,以及铰接在所述铰接总成另一侧的第二夹爪,第一夹爪和所述第二夹爪能够相对方向完成夹料动作;铰接总成包括顶部的提升座、贯穿滑动在所述提升座内且能够沿着所述提升座升降动作的提升杆,以及铰接在所述提升座两侧的连杆组件,所述连杆组件包括铰接在两侧的斜杆和安装在两所述斜杆底端的铰接轴,在吊装装置上设置了定位功能,卷板转运时通过定位功能将其定位,一次性完成第一夹爪和第二夹爪对其产生的外作用力夹紧、一次完成两夹板对其产生的内作用力定位防变形工作。不但能够防止卷板变形,而且还提高了吊装转运效率。

A positioning function is arranged on the hoisting device, the coiled plate is positioned through the positioning function during transferring, clamping of external acting force generated by the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw on the coiled plate is completed at a time, and positioning and deformation prevention work of internal acting force generated by the two clamping plates on the coiled plate is completed at a time. Not only can the coiled plate be prevented from deforming, but also the hoisting and transferring efficiency is improved.
