The invention discloses a line constraint low-impact fusing type unlocking device. The unlocking device comprises a fastening unit, a sectioning assembly, a fusing assembly, a connecting piece and a shell assembly. The fastening unit, the sectioning assembly, the fusing assembly and the connecting piece are all arranged in the shell assembly; the sectioning assembly is fixedly connected to one of the external pressing end and the pressed end; the fastening unit is used for clamping the sectioning assembly inwards in the circumferential direction, so that the sectioning assembly clamps and fixes the connecting piece, and axial movement of the connecting piece is limited. And the fusing assembly is electrified to release the clamping and fixing of the fastening unit on the sectioning assembly, so that the connecting piece moves in the axial direction under the action of pre-tightening force or external load, and the external pressing end and the pressed end are separated and unlocked. The technical scheme adopted by the invention has the characteristics of wide temperature application range, large load bearing, low impact release, fast unlocking response, simple mechanism and flattened structure, and can meet the requirements of satellite rocket or effective load compression release in aerospace application.

    本发明的一种线约束低冲击熔断式解锁器,包括:紧固单元、分瓣组件、熔断组件、连接件和壳体组件。紧固单元、分瓣组件、熔断组件和连接件均设置在壳体组件内部;分瓣组件固定连接在外部压紧端与被压紧端中的一者;紧固单元用于周向向内夹紧分瓣组件,从而使得分瓣组件夹持固定连接件,限制连接件的轴向运动;熔断组件通电解除紧固单元对分瓣组件的夹紧固定,从而使得连接件在预紧力或者外部载荷作用下沿轴向运动,外部的压紧端与被压紧端分离解锁。本发明采用的技术方案,具有温度适应范围广、大载荷承载低冲击释放、解锁响应快、机构简单、结构扁平化的特点,能够适应航空航天应用中星箭或有效载荷压紧释放的需求。
