According to the spacecraft assembly, the vacuum isothermal cavity substrate is adopted to replace a traditional metal installation frame to install the heating device, the phase-change heat exchange medium is arranged in the vacuum isothermal cavity substrate, phase change such as heat absorption gasification and heat transfer of a liquid heat exchange medium is generated through the phase-change heat exchange medium, the heat transfer coefficient is large, and the heat transfer amount is large; the vacuum isothermal cavity substrate collects the heat of the functional module and transmits the heat to the heat collector for heat dissipation, so that the use requirement of higher power can be met, and a heat conduction assembly does not need to be additionally arranged.
