The invention discloses a high-performance airplane wheel shaft fatigue test device and a test method thereof.The high-performance airplane wheel shaft fatigue test device comprises a cross beam, a vertical beam and a rack base, the cross beam is arranged on the rack base, a side beam is arranged on the front side face of the rack base, an actuating cylinder base is arranged on the side beam, and an airplane wheel shaft is installed on the rack base; a machine wheel shaft clamp is arranged at the bottom of the machine wheel shaft, the machine wheel shaft is installed on the rack base through the machine wheel shaft clamp, the axis direction of the machine wheel shaft is consistent with the direction of the rack base, the two sides of the machine wheel shaft are sleeved with inner supporting clamping blocks, the machine wheel shaft is further sleeved with a false wheel clamp, and a base of the loading actuator cylinder is in a universal joint form. And the end part adopts a fisheye bearing form, so that stable loading of a load can be realized, and the load direction is ensured not to change under the condition of relatively small deformation.

    本发明公开了一种高性能机轮轴疲劳试验装置及其试验方法,包括横梁、竖梁和台架底座,所述横梁设置于台架底座上,所述台架底座前侧面设置有侧梁,所述侧梁上设置有作动缸底座,所述台架底座上安装有机轮轴,所述机轮轴底部设置有机轮轴夹具并且通过机轮轴夹具安装在台架底座上并且机轮轴的轴线方向与台架底座方向一致,所述机轮轴两侧套设有内撑夹块,所述机轮轴上还套设有假轮夹具,加载作动筒的底座采用万向接头形式,端部采用鱼眼轴承形式,可以实现载荷的稳定加载,并且保证在较小变形情况下载荷方向不发生变化。
