The invention provides a composite material unmanned aerial vehicle fuselage assembly fixture which comprises a base, a lower skin positioning module, a bulkhead positioning module, an upper skin positioning and pressurizing module, an internal beam positioning module and an internal beam positioning and pressurizing module, and the lower skin positioning module and the bulkhead positioning module are distributed on the base. The upper skin positioning and pressurizing module and the internal beam positioning and pressurizing module are located on the upper portion, the internal beam positioning module is independently used, and the base is further provided with a datum hole and a positioning module installation datum plane. When the fuselage is assembled, an internal beam is firstly glued outside a frame, then the skin, the frame and the beam assembly are integrally glued, and the gluing gap of the fuselage is ensured by controlling the attaching gap between the skin and each positioning module. The technical problems that an existing assembling method is poor in adaptability, low in assembling precision, slow in production rhythm and not timely in development iteration response are solved.
本发明提供了一种复合材料无人机机身装配型架,包括基座、下蒙皮定位模块、隔框定位模块、上蒙皮定位加压模块、内部梁定位模块和内部梁定位加压模块,所述下蒙皮定位模块、隔框定位模块分布于基座上,所述上蒙皮定位加压模块、内部梁定位加压模块位于上部,所述内部梁定位模块单独使用,所述基座上还设有基准孔及定位模块安装基准面。机身装配时,采用先在架外胶接内部梁,再整体胶接蒙皮、框、梁组件的形式,通过控制蒙皮与各定位模块贴合间隙的方式保证机身的胶接间隙。本发明解决了现有装配方法适应性差、装配精度低、生产节奏慢、研制迭代响应不及时的技术问题。
