The invention discloses an unmanned underwater vehicle carrying a flow type imaging analyzer. The unmanned underwater vehicle comprises a cabin body, a power system, an illumination system, an imaging system, a comprehensive control system and a liquid flow system. The cabin body is used for protecting internal equipment from being influenced by the environment and ensuring that the underwater vehicle safely works underwater; the power system provides electric energy and propulsive force for the underwater vehicle, so that the underwater vehicle can autonomously sail in a set water area; the illumination system, the imaging system and the liquid flow system are constituent units of the flow type imaging analyzer, and after integration, image information of underwater plankton, microparticles and the like can be collected in a high-flux manner and used for analyzing a water body environment; the comprehensive control system is responsible for monitoring and controlling the motion, navigation, data acquisition and transmission of the underwater vehicle; the flow imaging analyzer and the unmanned underwater vehicle are combined, real-time, accurate and non-intrusive water body in-situ detection and analysis under the underwater complex environment are achieved, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
