The invention discloses an inner turret single point mooring system dismantling method which comprises the following steps: a main construction ship enters a construction site, and an ROV is put into water to perform first pre-investigation on STP buoys; the floating cable on the top of the STP buoy is dismantled and recycled to a deck of the main construction ship by an operator; sequentially releasing and removing the dynamic cable and the dynamic vertical pipe of the STP buoy by an operator; moored anchor legs of the STP buoy are cut off, and in the cutting-off process, a towing ship is arranged to be close to the STP buoy and connected with a towing rigging; and finally investigating the released STP buoy by the ROV to confirm that the bottom accessories are completely removed and meet the towing departure condition, and towing and bringing the STP buoy back to a specified transportation terminal point by the towing ship. According to the method, a sinking floating type is changed into a gradually shallow type releasing mode, the dynamic cable and the dynamic stand pipe are released and removed firstly, then the anchor leg of the anchor system is cut off, and sinking is not needed, so that the working workload is reduced, and the construction period can be greatly shortened.
本发明公开了一种内转塔单点系泊系统拆除方法,包括以下步骤:主施工船舶进入施工现场,投放ROV入水对STP浮筒进行首次预调查;作业人员将STP浮筒顶部的漂浮缆拆除并回收到主施工船舶甲板;作业人员依次对STP浮筒的动态电缆和动态立管进行解脱移除;对STP浮筒的锚系锚腿进行切除,切除过程中安排拖带船舶靠近STP浮筒并连接拖航索具;ROV对完成解脱的STP浮筒进行最终调查,确认底部附件以完全去除,符合拖航离场条件,由拖带船舶将STP浮筒拖航带回指定运输终点。本发明由沉底放浮式转变为渐浅式解脱,先进行动态电缆、动态立管的解脱移除,再进行锚系锚腿的切除,由于无需沉底,减少了作业工作量,可以大大加快工期。
