The invention discloses a subway tunnel deformation monitoring device and method based on three-dimensional laser scanning, and relates to the field of monitoring devices. The device comprises a bottom frame and a movable rod rotationally arranged on the lower portion of the bottom frame, rail wheels are fixedly connected to the two ends of the movable rod, a supporting seat is slidably connected to the top end face of the movable rod, and a three-dimensional laser scanner is arranged on the top end face of the supporting seat. According to the subway tunnel deformation monitoring device and method based on three-dimensional laser scanning, the fixed box is arranged on the bottom end face of the bottom frame, and the two-way threaded rod capable of driving the movable frame to move is arranged in the fixed box, so that fixed teeth arranged on the inner wall of the movable frame are clamped with a toothed ring arranged on the outer wall of a movable rod; therefore, the chassis and the rail are connected and fixed, and the situation that the chassis and the three-dimensional laser scanners arranged at the chassis change in position under the action of external force, and the accuracy of fixed-point monitoring data of the three-dimensional laser scanners is affected is avoided.
