The invention discloses a pure electric ship box-type battery swap station and an operation method thereof, a top-open type container three-dimensional storage yard structure is applied to the pure electric ship box-type battery swap station, and the land utilization rate and the charging and swap efficiency are improved by adopting box-type battery stacking; the charging manipulator mounted on the slide way is used for charging the box-type batteries on the two box positions, so that the labor cost is saved, and the personal safety is ensured; by using the small-span ASC, the battery replacement efficiency is improved, and the safety of the box type battery is also improved; a shell changing trolley is adopted among a plurality of groups of box-type battery three-dimensional battery changing devices to be communicated with a running track of the ASC, so that a plurality of groups of power storage units can share one ASC, and the construction cost of a battery changing station is reduced; during operation, on the basis of the fully-charged box-type battery areas and the power-deficient box-type battery areas which are alternately arranged, after the power-deficient box-type batteries are placed in the ASC, the fully-charged box-type batteries are lifted at the shortest distance, and the overall battery replacement efficiency can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种纯电船舶箱式电池换电站及其作业方法,将顶开式集装箱立体堆场结构应用到纯电船舶箱式电池换电站之中,采用箱式电池堆垛来提高土地利用率和充换电效率;使用一台安装在滑道上的充电机械手负责两个箱位上的箱式电池充电,既节省人工成本又确保人身安全;使用小跨度ASC既提高换电效率又提高箱式电池的安全性;在多组箱式电池立体换电装置之间采用换贝小车连通ASC的运行轨道,使得多组储电单元可以共用一部ASC,降低换电站建设成本;作业中,基于交替布设的满电箱式电池区和亏电箱式电池区,使得ASC在放置亏电箱式电池后,最近距离的吊取满电箱式电池,能够提高整体换电效率。
