After a user issues an instruction to the man-machine interaction system, the robot function system can control the energy storage battery system and the charging pile system to perform corresponding work; wherein the energy storage battery system comprises a vehicle-mounted charger, an energy storage battery, an energy storage battery management system and an EVCC module, the EVCC module is electrically connected with the man-machine interaction system, the vehicle-mounted charger, the energy storage battery and the energy storage battery management module, and the EVCC module is used for issuing an instruction to the energy storage battery management module to control the power supply state of the energy storage battery; the method has the advantages that the production and export cost is reduced, the discharge forms are diversified, and the user requirements are met.
