An image collection assembly is arranged on the rear side of the mounting frame and comprises a mounting plate, a camera and a controller, the mounting plate is fixed to the rear side of the mounting frame, the camera and the controller are arranged on the mounting plate, the camera is used for collecting surface images of the exposed gear, and a scraper corresponding to the exposed gear is further arranged on the front side of the mounting frame; the scraping plate is arranged along the mounting frame in a left-right sliding mode and used for scraping stains on the surface of the open type gear. The problems that in the prior art, when a tower crane is detected, manual visual detection for an open gear is inaccurate and unsafe are solved.
