The pivot shaft has a second pivot shaft end section which is rotatably supported around the pivot shaft axis on the adjusting valve housing in a second bearing region. At least one of the bearing regions comprises a bearing unit that rotatably supports the pivot shaft and a sealing element that is supported in the bearing unit and bears against the outer circumferential surface of the pivot shaft.
