The invention discloses a construction method for multi-top synchronous uniform stress pushing of a high-speed-crossing interchange steel box girder, and relates to the technical field of construction of bridge steel structures. The construction method comprises the following steps that the position of a temporary support and the length of a high-speed-crossing interchange are determined, and the temporary support is built; the steel box girders are sequentially assembled on the temporary supports, and the positions of the assembled steel box girders are adjusted according to actual standard requirements; dimension reinspection is conducted on all components of the steel box girder after position adjustment is completed, and welding work is conducted after reinspection is correct; a PLC, a pressure sensor and a displacement sensor are used for cooperative work, and a plurality of sets of jacks are matched to synchronously push the completely welded steel box girder; and the completely welded steel box girder is horizontally pushed to the preset mileage, and whole-connection girder falling is carried out. According to the method, it can be ensured that loads of the jacks are kept synchronous and balanced in the pushing process of the steel box girder crossing the high-speed interchange, and therefore overlarge transverse deviation is effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了跨高速互通立交钢箱梁多顶同步均匀受力顶推的施工方法,涉及桥梁钢结构的建造技术领域,该施工方法包括以下步骤:确定临时支架位置及跨高速互通立交长度,并对临时支架进行搭建;将钢箱梁依次在临时支架上进行组装,并依据实际规范要求对组装完成后的钢箱梁进行位置调整;对位置调整完成后的钢箱梁各构件进行尺寸复检,并在复检无误后进行焊接工作;利用PLC控制器、压力传感器及位移传感器协同工作,并配合多组千斤顶对完全焊接后的钢箱梁进行同步顶推;将完全焊接后的钢箱梁水平顶推至预定里程并进行整联落梁。本发明能够确保跨高速互通立交钢箱梁顶推过程中保持各千斤顶负载同步均衡,从而有效避免过大的横向偏差。
