The invention discloses a crane for high-speed rail prefabricated box girder construction. The crane comprises a bearing chassis with the lower end connected with movable pulleys. According to the crane, a first-stage gear and a second-stage gear which are connected in an engaged mode and a third-stage gear and a fourth-stage gear which are connected in an engaged mode are utilized to drive a fifth-stage gear located on a second-stage rotating shaft to rotate in a bearing frame in order to drive a rack to move up and down to lock and fix the bearing chassis; a rotating rod is arranged in the bearing frame, a draw bar connected to a loading table is arranged on the rotating rod, and a steering frame corresponding to the bearing frame is arranged on the bearing frame, so that the loading table and clamping equipment rotate in the horizontal direction; a tractor is arranged on the steering frame, so that the clamping equipment located on the loading table is stably lifted and dragged by means of a traction steel cable; and a ball screw driven by a three-stage motor in a traction mode is vertically arranged to support a traction plate to move up and down, and a clamping plate performsopening and closing movement through a traction arm in order to clamp and fix a high-speed rail prefabricated box girder.

    本发明公开了一种高铁预制箱梁施工用吊机,包括下端连接有移动滑轮的承重底盘。本发明在承重架中利用啮合连接的一级齿轮与二级齿轮、三级齿轮与四级齿轮带动位于二级转轴上的五级齿轮旋转,以驱动齿条上下移动,以对承重底盘进行锁紧固定;通过在承重架中设置转杆,并在转杆上设置连接有载重台的牵引杆,并在承重架上设置与之相对应的转向架,使得载重台与夹持设备进行水平方向的旋转运动;通过在转向架上设置牵引机,以借助牵引钢索对位于载重台上的夹持设备进行平稳的升降牵引;再通过垂直设置由三级电机牵引驱动的滚珠丝杠,以支撑牵引板上下移动,通过牵引力臂使得夹持板进行张合运动,以对高铁预制箱梁进行夹持固定。
