The invention provides high-temperature-resistant aircraft tire sidewall rubber and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of rubber materials. According to the invention, the natural rubber, butadiene rubber and white carbon black wet-process rubber are used together, and high-temperature-resistant and aging-resistant compounding agents such as N330 carbon black, protective wax, an anti-aging agent IPPD (or an anti-aging agent 4020), an anti-aging agent S-RD, N, N-m-methylene bismaleimide, a vulcanizing agent VA-7, an anti-reversion agent WK-901 and the like are added, so that the high-temperature-resistant and aging-resistant rubber is obtained through reasonable proportioning. The sidewall rubber has the advantages of high strength, high-temperature aging resistance, flex cracking resistance, low heat generation and the like, and can improve the safe use performance and prolong the service life of an aircraft tire.
