The invention relates to a composite material bearing cylinder for a flat satellite structure. The composite material bearing cylinder comprises an upper end frame, stringers, a cylinder body, a lower end frame and connecting pieces, the cylinder body is of a thin-wall cylindrical structure, the upper end frame and the lower end frame are connected to the two ends of the cylinder body respectively, a conical protrusion is arranged at the end, away from the cylinder body, of the upper end frame, and a conical groove is formed in the end, away from the cylinder body, of the lower end frame; the stringers are connected to the inner wall of the barrel and are perpendicular to the upper end frame and the lower end frame respectively, and the two ends of each stringer are connected to the upper end frame and the lower end frame respectively; the two connecting pieces are connected to the outer surface of the barrel body, and the two connecting pieces are in central symmetry. The composite material bearing cylinder for the flat plate satellite structure has the advantages of being large in rigidity, high in strength, light in weight, simple in shape, low in cost, suitable for mass production, simple in assembly interface with a satellite body and high in assembly efficiency.
