The invention relates to a cabin inlet air preheating and heat preservation system of a polar region long-term operation ship, and relates to the field of ships, the cabin inlet air preheating and heat preservation system comprises an inlet air heating system, a cabin heat preservation system and a direct inlet air heating system, the tail end of the inlet air heating system is connected to the cabin heat preservation system, and the cabin heat preservation system is connected with the direct inlet air heating system; fresh air entering the cabin utilizes heat dissipation of existing equipment through the cabin heat preservation system, ventilation and temperature adjustment in the cabin are achieved at the same time, and the air volume of the cabin fresh air needing to be preheated by the air inlet heating system is reduced. The combustion air volume of main power equipment is obtained from the outboard through the direct air inlet heating system, and meanwhile the engine room heat preservation system provides part of waste heat for heating the direct air inlet heating system. Waste heat/waste heat in the cabin can be effectively utilized, so that the heating medium consumption (such as steam/hot oil and the like) required by inlet air heating and cabin heat preservation is remarkably reduced, and the oil consumption of heat source/power supply equipment such as a boiler/a fan and the like is further reduced.
本发明涉及一种极地长期作业船舶的机舱进风预热及保温系统,涉及船舶的领域,其包括进风加热系统、机舱保温系统、以及直接进气加热系统,进风加热系统末端连接至机舱保温系统,机舱保温系统另与直接进气加热系统连接;进入机舱的新风依靠机舱保温系统对现有设备的散热进行利用,同时实现机舱内的换气与温度调节,减少进风加热系统需要预热的机舱新风的风量;主要动力设备燃烧风量通过直接进气加热系统从舷外获取,同时机舱保温系统提供部分余热为直接进气加热系统加热。本发明可以有效利用机舱内的余热/废热,从而显著降低进风加热和机舱保温所需的加热介质耗量(如蒸汽/热油等),进一步减少锅炉/风机等热源/电源设备的油耗。
