The invention discloses an operation scene evaluation method and device with expected function safety. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring environment perception data of a vehicle; determining a current running scene of the vehicle based on the environmental perception data and the expected function safety boundary condition; if the current operation scene belongs to the security scene, processing the current operation scene based on a neural network model to obtain an operation scene confidence coefficient; and if the confidence coefficient of the operation scene is smaller than a set threshold value, determining that the current operation scene belongs to an unknown and unsafe scene so as to solve the problem that the unknown and unsafe scene cannot be evaluated in the prior art.

    本发明公开了一种预期功能安全的运行场景评估方法及装置,包括:获取车辆的环境感知数据;基于所述环境感知数据与所述预期功能安全边界条件,确定车辆的当前运行场景;若所述当前运行场景属于安全场景,则基于神经网络模型对所述当前运行场景进行处理,获得运行场景置信度;若所述运行场景置信度小于设定阈值,则确定当前运行场景属于未知不安全场景,以解决现有技术中无法对未知不安全场景的评估。
