The invention discloses a hybrid power forklift truck and a power assembly suspension system thereof. The power assembly suspension system comprises a power assembly, a suspension system and a control system, the front suspension comprises a front suspension support used for being connected with a cross beam of the frame, a front suspension bracket connected with the front side of the generator and a front suspension cushion pad assembly connected between the front suspension support and the front suspension bracket, and the front suspension cushion pad assembly is perpendicular to the cross beam; the side suspension comprises a side suspension support used for being connected with a side plate of the vehicle frame, a side suspension support connected with the side portion of the power assembly and a side suspension cushion assembly connected between the side suspension support and the side suspension support, the side suspension support and the side suspension support are located on different horizontal planes, and the side suspension cushion assembly is arranged by inclining by a certain angle; the number of the side suspensions is four, and the four side suspensions are located on the left side and the right side of the generator and the left side and the right side of the engine respectively. The damping device can play a role in damping in six directions in space so as to effectively isolate the transmission of vibration of the power assembly and effectively limit the front-back displacement of the power assembly.
