The proposed solution relates in particular to an adjustment system for adjusting an interior object (1) in the interior of a vehicle, at least comprising:-an adjustment device (101) for the actuation of the interior object (1) by an external force; and-control electronics (100) for controlling the adjustment of the interior object (1) actuated by an external force during an adjustment process starting from a starting position of the interior object (1) to a target position of the interior object (1). The electronic control system (100) is further designed to actuate, for an adjustment process, the adjustment device (101) in such a way that the interior object (1) is roughly adjusted in a first adjustment range and is finely adjusted in a subsequent second adjustment range from the intermediate position until the target position is reached.
