The invention discloses a Bluetooth SOC-based combination instrument and a parameter configuration and program upgrading method. The Bluetooth SOC-based combination instrument comprises a Bluetooth instrument, and the Bluetooth instrument is in communication connection with a mobile phone APP; the Bluetooth instrument is provided with a Bluetooth SOC. The Bluetooth SOC comprises a central processing unit, a Bluetooth protocol stack and a storage device; the Bluetooth SOC is electrically connected with the indicating lamp detection circuit, and the Bluetooth SOC is electrically connected with the state indicating lamp; the Bluetooth SOC is electrically connected with the LCD screen through the LCD driving circuit; the Bluetooth SOC is connected with the CAN communication circuit, and the CAN communication circuit is connected with the controller. The system has the beneficial effects that 1, material allocation of production equipment is facilitated, and warehouse management is simplified; 2, equipment does not need to be disassembled to independently flash a program, and great convenience is provided for project development and product verification; and 3, after-sales maintenance is facilitated to find out the cause of the fault and the electrical equipment with the fault.
