The voltage stabilizing circuit comprises a first transistor and a load branch, the input end of the first transistor is coupled with a first voltage node, and the output end of the first transistor is grounded; one end of the load branch is coupled with the first voltage node, and the other end of the load branch is grounded; wherein the load circuit comprises a resistance circuit and a capacitance circuit which are coupled in series; the resistance circuit comprises at least one resistor, and the capacitance circuit comprises at least one capacitor; a common node where the resistance circuit and the capacitance circuit are coupled with each other is coupled with the control end of the first transistor.
