The method comprises the following steps: step 1, acquiring aircraft position information and limited airspace boundary information under a geographic coordinate system, and converting the aircraft position information and limited airspace boundary information under the geographic coordinate system into aircraft position information and limited airspace boundary information under a rectangular plane coordinate system; 2, judging whether the airplane is in a limited airspace or not; 3, calculating the minimum distance from the airplane to the limited airspace; 4, if the limited airspace is a safe area, whether the aircraft is in the safe airspace or not is determined according to a first judgment rate; and if the limited airspace is a non-safe area, determining whether the aircraft is in a safe airspace or not according to a second judgment rate. Whether the aircraft is in the safe area or not can be judged in real time, and warning prompt is carried out when the aircraft is in the non-safe area.
