The invention discloses an intelligent police vehicle-mounted control system and method based on the Internet of Things, and relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted control, the system comprises a congestion association analysis module, a central control end built in a police vehicle of the congestion association analysis module receives a road condition congestion node set in a to-be-monitored area obtained by a corresponding police vehicle-mounted unmanned aerial vehicle, and sends the road condition congestion node set to the police vehicle-mounted unmanned aerial vehicle; and analyzing a road condition association relationship between different congestion nodes in the obtained road condition congestion node set, and constructing a congestion association chain in the to-be-monitored area. According to the invention, by planning the movement route of the police vehicle, the utilization rate of police resources can be effectively improved, one vehicle can supervise one preset monitoring area, the management of the congested area is more orderly, the influence of vehicles in the congested area on police resource transfer is reduced, and the timeliness of traffic evacuation in the congested area is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于物联网的智能警用车载控制系统及方法,涉及车载控制技术领域,所述系统包括拥堵关联分析模块,所述拥堵关联分析模块警用车辆内置的中控端接收相应警用车载无人机得到的待监控区域内的路况拥堵节点集,分析所得路况拥堵节点集内不同的拥堵节点之间的路况关联关系,构建待监控区域内的拥堵关联链。本发明通过规划警用车辆的活动路线,能够有效提高对警力资源的利用率,一车能够监管一个预置的监控区域,且对对拥堵区域的管理更加有序,同时还降低了拥堵区域车辆对警力资源调动的影响,确保对拥堵区域车流疏散的及时性。
