The invention belongs to the technical field of traffic, and particularly relates to an AI service-based mixed traffic flow vehicle-road collaborative joint scheduling method, which comprises the following steps of: S1, establishing a traffic monitoring platform through traditional traffic equipment, and utilizing radar sensing, traffic camera shooting and monitoring camera shooting equipment; according to the invention, the AI is combined with the traffic big data, the travel data of each traffic navigation platform is concentrated on the online map platform, after a traffic event occurs, the AI confirms the degree of the traffic event in time, and the AI changes the route of the navigation vehicle which is about to arrive at the road section in time through the Internet platform, and meanwhile, the electronic indication board is used for indicating the traffic. According to the invention, driving vehicles are indicated to merge into other lanes, signal lamps at intersections are adjusted, the red light time is properly prolonged, equipment needs to be additionally arranged for road sections, landslides and rockfall roads which are easy to cause accidents, and the signal lamps and electronic indication boards can be timely adjusted after traffic incidents occur. Traffic pressure of congested road sections is relieved, lanes are coordinated, and massive traffic jam of accident lanes is avoided.
