The invention discloses a fatigue test device and method for a main propeller hub support arm of a heavy helicopter, and the device is characterized in that the end part of an outer connecting piece of a main propeller hub support arm test piece is sequentially connected with a blade joint false piece, a shimmy force transmission shaft, a waving force transmission shaft, an adapter, a steel wire rope assembly and a centrifugal force load acting mechanism; the blade joint false piece is fixedly connected with the table type frame through an anti-torsion bar mechanism; the shimmy force transmission shaft is fixedly connected to a rear edge support of the table type frame and used for applying shimmy loads. The waving force transmission shaft is fixedly connected to a top bracket of the table type frame and is used for applying a waving load; the waving force transmission shaft is connected with the centrifugal force load acting mechanism and used for applying a centrifugal force load. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the problems that a fatigue test device is directly fixed on a ground rail in a test process in an existing helicopter main propeller hub support arm fatigue test, so that the test ground rail and the ground are damaged due to test loading, and the fatigue test device is difficult to bear a large load effect are solved.

    本发明公开一种用于重型直升机主桨毂支臂的疲劳试验装置和方法,装置中,主桨毂支臂试验件的外连接件端部依次连接桨叶接头假件、摆振传力轴、挥舞传力轴、转接头,钢丝绳组件和离心力载荷作用机构;桨叶接头假件通过防扭杆机构与台式框架固定连接;摆振传力轴固定连接台式框架的后缘支架上,用于施加摆振载荷;挥舞传力轴的固定连接台式框架的顶部支架上,用于施加挥舞载荷;挥舞传力轴与离心力载荷作用机构连接,用于施加离心力载荷。本发明提供的技术方案解决了现有直升机主桨毂支臂疲劳试验,由于试验过程中疲劳试验装置直接固定于地轨上,从而导致试验加载会形成试验地轨和地面损坏,难以能承受大载荷作用的问题。
