The invention relates to the field of ship propeller shaft systems, and discloses a rapid oil supplementing system for multiple sets of long shaft system distributed type supporting bearings of a large ship. Through the arrangement of the supporting bearing oiling assembly, the lubricating oil pipeline and the oil taking valve, the lubricating oil taking ports are formed in the cabins where the distributed supporting bearings are located, the rapidness of oil supplementing of the supporting bearings in emergency can be guaranteed, and the reliability of the supporting bearings is improved. The process of passing through different cabins to carry lubricating oil is saved, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor intensity is reduced. When lubricating oil of a certain supporting bearing of the shaft system is lower than the required liquid level, the supporting bearing needs to be oiled. The design elevation of the oil supplementing cabinet is higher than that of each supporting bearing, and the oil supplementing cabinet is further provided with a standby connecting pipeline; therefore, the system can adopt the following two modes: a refueling mode of electrically pumping oil by using the oil supplementing pump and a refueling mode of gravity flow by using the standby connecting pipeline, which complement each other, so that the reliability of the system is improved.
本发明涉及船舶桨轴系统领域,公开了大型船舶多套长轴系散布式支承轴承快速补油系统。通过设置的支撑轴承加油组件、滑油管路以及取油阀,在每个散布的支承轴承所在的舱室内均布置有润滑油取油口,能确保紧急情况下支承轴承补油的快速性,提升了支承轴承的可靠性。节省了穿越不同舱室搬运润滑油的过程,大幅提升了工作效率,降低了劳动强度。当轴系某支承轴承润滑油低于要求液位时,需对该支承轴承进行加油。由于补油柜的设计标高高于各个支撑轴承的设计标高,且还设有备用连接管路;因此本系统可以采用以下两种方式:利用补油泵电动泵油的加油方式和利用备用连接管路重力自流的加油方式,互为补充,从而提高了系统的可靠性。
