The invention discloses an ultra-large jacket sliding shipping method based on a prow, which belongs to the technical field of ocean engineering and comprises the following steps that a transportation barge is arranged near a wharf, and a jack fixing mechanism is welded on the prow of the transportation barge; a tension jack is placed in the jack fixing mechanism; a dragging fixing mechanism is welded on a sliding shoe at the bottom of the jacket; a steel strand is connected between the tension jack and the dragging fixture; a dragging system is arranged, and a power station is connected to a bow; the auxiliary tug leans against the bow of the transport barge, and the steel strand penetrating through the tension jack is connected with the auxiliary tug; and starting the tension jack to drag and ship the jacket. According to the invention, the tension jack is fixed on the prow, the original prow fixation is replaced, the position is kept unchanged in the dragging process, and compared with the traditional mode, the total dragging weight and the power loss in the process of the traditional dragging mode are reduced, and the construction error-tolerant rate is increased.

    本发明公开了一种基于船首的超大型导管架滑移装船方法,属于海洋工程技术领域,包括以下步骤:运输驳船傍靠码头,在运输驳船的船头焊接千斤顶固定机构;在千斤顶固定机构内放置拉力千斤顶;在导管架底部的滑靴上焊接拖拉固定机构;拉力千斤顶与拖拉固定之间连接钢绞线;布设拖拉系统,动力站连接在船头上;辅助拖轮靠驳运输驳船的船头,穿过拉力千斤顶的钢绞线与辅助拖轮连接;启动拉力千斤顶完成导管架拖拉装船。本发明中将拉力千斤顶固定于船头,取代原有的船头固定,在拖拉过程中保持位置不变,与传统方式相比,减少了拖拉总体重量和传统拖拉方式过程中的动力损耗,增加了施工容错率。
